I saw the recipe for the white level 50 cook in Obsidian vendor.

Does any1 knows what is the green one???

Its Laor Forest Tart, but I have no idea where it drops. I have heard it drops in Wind Wild/Tempest Height mini game (whatever that is) and also in the Treaure Hunt Mini game chests (run quite a bit, but have never seen the recipe).
