I looked around and didn't see anything on this anywhere, so I thought I might as well write one up for my own usage...I'm placing it here in case anyone else may find it useful.

Resources at level 21/31/41 (and I presume 51/61) are the more rare spawns - I've found they pop up in the areas one level below and one level above their own (ie. level 31 rares spawn in level 26 and level 32 areas, rarely).

Note I haven't done any tradeskills from 51-61 at all, and haven't seen them yet. /grin They'll be added as soon as I (maybe) get there.
