Missing Recipes?

I have been leveling my cooking and at the moment it is level 20. I have to do the quest to bring the Fish Egg Sandwiches to the trainer, but I cannot find the recipe for the life of me, I have checked the AH - Get buffed - Trainers - Everything I can think of. I also noticed I am missing the Garlic Bread Recipe....Am I missing something? Are they drops?
