Does this recipe exist and if so where can it be found?

The recipe exists, I have a Tador's Shield made by a friendly blacksmith. I found the recipe in AH however so I don't know where it drops. Check Getbuffed.com.

Well I did some research and it seems to be a drop from the Mini-Games in Sacillia Steppes. Haven't had the chance to prove it true though. Will continue to keep my eye on the AH as well.
