The lvl 56 Recipes can be bought by the instuctor standing next to the blacksmith near the Auction house trade area in Dalanis. He sells white, green and blue lvl 56 recipes, the lvl 60 purple recipes are sold by Black Codex NPC's in Rh'anka Village in Northern Janost Forest.
Also the chest recipes needed to make the lvl 60 purple gear and weapons are sold by the Carpenter near trade area in Dalanis.
