Maybe...

I have looked through getbuffed and it says one of the "Steed of Dread" drops it from Revivers' Corridor, maybe you can try there and see if it drops for you :) Good luck! :cool:

Getbuffed also mentions that Solomus drops this recipe. Where or who is Solomus? He or she does not show up in the game's NPC search.

I am also looking for this npc as the velvet hood reciepe is dropped by this character along with the cursed robes in necrofmirrors. I have the lower velvet hood and the one above the velvet hood but need this middle reciepe to bridge together. I imagine this will never drop off the cursed robes beause they don't drop anything. But where is this npc?

Solomus is a boss in Goblin Mines.
He will spawn instead of Evelyn if you run Goblin Mines on a low level toon (below 50 ; supposedly level 40 to 49 though I cannot confirm).

I've found the Scorpiontail Dagger recipe in Ancient Treasure Hunt several times before, as well as a cloth hat...possibly the one you're looking for. Not sure if they drop anywhere else.

BTW, your best bet is to run trough Ystra Corridors with honor party with some low level alt.

I did yesterday with FA to gather magic instrument mats and ended up with Ancient Spirit Water recipe. (was looking for it for a long time, but now since I have purchased it, this one goes for sale :))
