Why is my cooking skill not getting lvl over 20?
I complete my cooking skill to reach lvl 20. But I went to see him, The highlight doesn't pop on yellow that I can get a quest from him. Why I am not getting the quest and get the cooking skill over lvl 20. Please help my Character name Bogue to fix that cooking skill guy.

just like finding materials you need to do a test to get a masters or apprentice level
Which person are you going to? I know for certain the Novice cooking person in Lower East Varanas gives a quest when you hit level 20 cooking.

Do you have three production skill at novice already because I have three pass 20 and three at 20 without the quest.
Actually at lvl 20 you should be able to have six (6) production skills, including the gathering skills
For now:
ALL skills can be raised up to lvl 20
you can have 6 lvl 20 to 40 skills
you can have 3 skills over lvl 40
and only 1 skill over lvl 60
My though is that there may be another NPC that you need to speak to.
