chance of getting high dura with high lvl bsmith?

hi. i just wanna ask if high backsmith level effects the chance of getting a HD item if the item u are crafting has lower blacksmith level requirement.like lets say u are crafting the flame dragon set. witch required level 25 blacksmith. would a level 60 blacksmith get a higher chance of getting a high dura 1 compare to a level 25-30 blacksmith? and if they do. then is the chance alot better?

I'm not 100% sure but my understanding is that yes, the greater the difference between your current level (lets say 35) and the level of what you wanna craft (lets say 15 v/s 34), you have greater chance of having a boosted stat.

Don't forget it's random so you will have to craft multiple times to have the type of bonus you want (+20% (high dura) or stats or rune slot(s))
