Blacksmithing still broken?

I have recently gotten my Blacksmithing to lvl 20 but can no longer progress. I accepted and turned in the quest Sharp Axe for Craftsman but I did not receive it. All Crafting & Gathering NPC's now have a grayed out explanation point above their names even tho I have 0 quests in my log. Recipes Lvl 19 and above no longer work, they all say I do not have the mats even though they are sitting in my bag. Is there any ETA on getting this problem fixed? :mad:

You sure you aren't missing any mats? Is everything White in the crafting menu?

Do you have any other crafting skills which are level 19 too?

100% Positive I have the mats. And no, no other craft is 19.

Did you check to see if you have too many skills over 20 already? 6 over 20 ...3 over 40 ...and 1 over 60.

lol since this issue happened 10 months ago it would be funny if he/she never put in a ticket... then again even funnier if support never responed.

The thread is offically older than my current pair of undies.
