anyone know where to find the advanced lvl 55 i think they are recipes? not that theyre any good (hero pot trumps them by far) but its nice to have all the recipes. I have 2 and only by getting them in AH. Im assuming that there is one for each stat like the white recipes but in green style. Im downloading the new patch so i cant check my alch book, but the green ones are like (stat + #) * x% + #

Those are VERY rare drops from the Ancient Treasure Ruins minigame, I've completed 50+ of them and only gotten the Intelligence one.

I think there WAS a boss monster in Silverspring that dropped them, but he was only temporary, and a VERY long time ago.
