Recipe-don't know where it drops help

i have been looking for the recipe- Dinner of the Gods for months but i cant find it would someone please tell me where/or what this recipe drops from? :confused:

Dinner of the Gods
Increases Critical Magical Damage by 12% for 900 seconds.


The recipe does not exist.

- No mobs drop it according to Runesdatabase.com

- Never seen it drop..

- And if it did exist, mages would be NOM NOMing them!

I think I had it drop in MA
but the level of that recipe doesn't match ma mobs, so it must have been somewhere else :/
