Strong stim recipe drop rate

Just wanted to see if anyone has seen a Strong Stimulant recipe drop recently (recently because it seems drop tables change a lot)? If so, where and what mob if you remember? runesdatabaes.com shows several mobs in BG drop it, and since they respawn quickly I figured this would be an ideal place to farm. I tried with my lvl62 scout, since I can kill fast, and also with my lvl26 knight (for higher drop rates do to low level?), and no luck so far... tried about 2 hours on each, 4 hours total.

I can also report that I've been checking every kill in goblins for about a month now, and have yet to see a hero pot recipe... so rumors might be wrong on that one (or true, depending on which rumor you heard). I guess that is why one sold for over 6m on Govinda this weekend.

8 mil actually. I owe a guild mate quite a bit for it. :) I'm selling all kinds of stuff to pay him back.

By the way, there are piles of strong stim recipes on the AH on Govinda. I have heard that your level does affect the drop rate. I know that I have farmed the Hive in DDC an hour a day and the Goblin games enough to get the 100 goblin badge title (50 days. Since it can only be run once a day and it gives two goblin badges each time... Yeah I was obsessed, so what? :) ) as a level 60+ and the hero pot recipe never dropped. I'd recommend farming for at least 10 hours to get the recipe you're seeking. You'll still be picking up gear to vendor and/or daily items to put on the AH, so it's not a complete loss. Run with as many drop rate buffs as you can and try to be a few levels lower than the level of what you are trying to find.

I know who sold the one on Govinda. I'll ask him where it dropped for him.

Try farming in Tagena. Ive had 3 drop there. Make sure you are a few levels lower than the mob and be ready for a helluva long grind.

I found mine on a ghoul in FA. I'm lvl 24, not sure what lvl ghouls are.
