Problems Producing Purified Crystal?

Is anyone else having issues producing the Purified Crystal for the special event recipes? I created 1, but have been drawing blanks ever since. Is it bugged? Can you only create one a day?

I tried relogging and mailing the one I had in stash, but I am still having no luck.

It may be intentional or it may be a bug. WHile I was in game yesterday someone said you had to wait roughly 3 hours to create another one. I tested it and it seems to be the case at this point in time.

If anyone is interested to make 3 Purified Crystals learn all 3 recipes then lvl them to lvl 20, You can make 3 every 4hrs that way. I got sick of it taking 2 days to get 12 of them so i experimented lol
