You can find the purple recipes from one of the codex vendors in Kempel Town in the Land of Malevolence zone. The chest recipes for those can be bough from the carpentry instructor in dalanis by the trade district(near fountain by Auction house).

I cant remember where the white recipes are found >.> Might be from the respective instructors in dalanis as-well.

I found recipe merchants for carpentry woodcutting, tailoring, cooking armorcrafting cant find blacksmith white recipes, just the blue one in the castle in new zone :/

Ya, I can't find the Blacksmithing one in the village.

I think he is bugged and isn't there.

Do I submit a ticket to get those recipes mailed to me?

I cannot craft level 70 weapons without them. :\

Not a LoL situation, been spending the past 3 days looking everywhere for this guy and cant find him, only a recipe merchant that sell blue rank recipes for lvl 66.

even the lvl 65 white chest recipe is broken, where it requires olivine stone instead of the olivine sand. Can someone please get this on the next fix list to RW ASAP please

Where did u find the armorcrafting, I'm totally lost - think I've checked all NPCs but ofc I must have missed it.
