Lvl 20 Trainer

I searched the board and don't know if I missed it, but I need to get my lvl 20 alchemy certificate. Can anyone tell me where that is please. Cant seem to find it in game. Thanks. :)

Although, I'm not doing alchemy myself, all the other level 20 trainers are in both Varanas and Obsidian Stronghold. You get a quest from the NOVICE trainer in each case after reaching level 20.
