How to get above level 40 (im stuck)

:(I am a level 40 in Tailoring and a level 59+ ingame and been everywhere all the Tailoring guys have ! but can not get to do any of them. Am I missing a quest from some remote place or what. Just trying to get to 41 and can't find away to do it. Any help would be more then appreciated.

To become an adept tailor, you'll first need to complete a quest given to you by Rachel Taylor in Varanas. You'll find her at 47.5, 21.6.

you have to re-patch the game... run your client again or w/e... i had this problem, it's great when you fix it... but it can happen again. don't know why GM's are so elusive about this... thought this problem would've been fixed by now as i had this problem uh... like 6 months ago and people had it even before i started playing although no one would ever state a solution. Re-patching will do the trick, good luck. (time consuming, might have to do it more than once :( )

Stuck at level 40 tailoring

Have reloaded game and even operating sistems 4 times and still no ! are lit up in Silversprings area or anywhere else what should I tell the GM's to get them to help me or are there anyother ways to do something about it. I am not fealing it to stop and start my tailoring again took weeks to get here will look for replys if none are posted or if all you know to say is good luck I will try the GM's one more time and then I'm dun with the talents on this charactor. thank you for the replys and your all a great help for posting. THANK YOU again :D

Check to see if Hide Low Level Quests is marked on your map settings (upper right "Settings" button).

The co-ordinates given above are, I believe, correct. And she should be there whether she has a quest icon "!" or not. And she will give you the quest whether or not she has the "!".
