Planting level stuck

I am currently at planting level 48 and 92.15 % on the way to level 49. I have harvested at least 3 groups of 5 plants and my % level has not gone up. The only thing i can think of is I have been growing lower level pants Level 31 because the guild needed them.

Any one have an idea why im not gaining any experience ?

Yep. The plants you grew were too low to get planting experience. I have the same issue with alchemy, as I no longer get experience making Strong Stimulants.
