New Recipes from 4.0.5

I'm just curious, has anyone found where the new level 66 and 70 cooking recipes come out of from the recent 4.0.5 patch?

I think I saw them in Piranha Port in Tergothen bay. If I remember correctly, there's a guy on the left when when you enter the town who sells them.
