enhanced griffin wing

Does anybody know where this recipe comes from? I need it to craft a wing of the dragon king for an alt, have every other recipe in the series, just can't seem to find this particular one

edit: seems i was mistake, i need the dark dragon wing recipe as well. anyone have any clue where that comes from?

Got 2 of these yesterday in Ystra.

They were different mobs, but fairly certain one was off a Ystra Snow Ferret.

I'm on Osha server and I think I put the extra on the AH.
