Mantz Knife recipe (L55)

Anyone know where the vendor is for the purple level 55 recipes?

Not the Flame Dragon recipes in AV, just plain old 'lets make you a dagger' type recipes such as the Mantz Knife.

I've hunted all over and my Google-fu is failing to turn up anything except hits to the official database which lacks any drop/vendor information for them.

The Mantz Knife is from the crafting festival.

You can only get it from the Event.

You have to wait until the next time the festival is up.
