Hochim daggar

There is a lvl 28 daggar in the database by the name of Hochim Daggar. I cannot find the recipe for it anywhere in game, as i assume its crafted from windmill due to name. Theres a whole slew of these hochim weapons. Only daggar recipe i can find the windmill vendor selling is the bloody tooth of kayla series. Anyone have any clue where this one comes from?

There are MANY similar items in the database with

- NO Recipe
- NO Drops
- NO way to get them in-game (unless gifted by a GM)

What's really annoying is when one of these is part of an item set,
but I'm gong to stop now because this has been discussed in many other threads
