I have a quick question on collection potion such as
this one.
These potions allow you to increase your gathering skills, and therefore to temporarily collect mats above your level.
I just made and tried some collection potion, but the outcome was a bit disappointing, so I would like to check that my understanding is correct.
Say your ore gathering level is 35 (craftsman). You use a potion like the one above, and your level is temporarily 43 (expert). I was expecting that, since the effect of the potion is temporary, you could gather 41+ mat even without the expert title... but when I used the potion, I couldn't buy any gathering recipe above 41 (they were in red)...
In the example above, do you need to do the quest to become expert to effectively be able to learn the recipe and gather 41+ mats?
If yes, what happens when the effect of the potion expires?
And does it counts against the cap of 3 expert titles (which would very strongly reduce the point of using such potions)?
