Hero pots at lvl 47 are always in demand but if you dont have gathering(or planting) alt you might not make any profit out of it.

There are also some other crafts like % speed increase, +Aggro and -Aggro which u can make and sell and these require lower level than hero pots so effectively u need to level ur alchemy to 47 to craft all useful pots.

Arvind2003 is right!
Hero pots are in big demand but you will need to go out there and level your gathering skills to match.

None of the Healing or Mana Potions seem useful, but Elixers of the Sage are low level and they increase all stats by 10%. The gathering potions could be useful if you do not plan on leveling all your gathering skills, and if you unlearn a gathering skill, you may be able to continue refining (have not confirmed yet).
Low level Cooking is actually more useful than low level alchmeny, for the number of goodies you can make, but you have room to learn them both so why not try it.
Use your pet to produce crafting materials, and that can help you power level a profession pretty quickly.

Many of the low level alchemy pots are in high demand, such as Strong Stim and Touch of the Unicorn.
