Stuck at 60

During Crafing Festival, after reaching level 60, I got my alchemy Rank raised to Master and learned Dancing Perfume. However, now I cannot progress past Level-60-0%.

So maybe there was a bug in the Crafting Festival with getting my alchemy Rank raised to Master.
I should maybe try to raise my rank using the normal Alchemy-Level-60 quest.


However, I cannot get the quest from Pario Weiss, Master Alchemy Instructor in Dalanis. there is a grey exclamation point about him. Worse yet, I see that even if I could accept the quest, it's bugged :(

I don't see the point to lvl up alchemy higher. There are no good pots after hero pot so what is the point of wasting money on leveling it. If developers make some good recipes for alchemy and all other crafting so it would worth leveling it would be another deal but for now it doesn't worth it. :(
