How can I get over 60 planting?

I just reach level 60 planting, but the npc didnt show any quest for me to get pass level 60 planting. what should I do now?

There is a NPC in Lower City West Varanas that should offer to raise your planting qualifications. He doesn't offer a quest to advance from level 60 & that will be why you don't see one.

That is a Npc call Ayra Glin, and she have a "!" grey in color... but it should be blue in color and give me a quest, to fullfill some terms, then I will get a qualification from she?

I when I try to get over mining 40 on other toon, the npc will ask me to get silver nuggets x3, and 2 other nuggets, something like that.. but the planting instructor npc did not show up anything for me..
