Cape Recipes

Outside of Hero Cape is there a lvl60 crafted melee cape?

Unfortunately no. I'm a scout, so it's annoying having 59 tailoring because I can't really use any of the gear I make :(

There are a couple of level 50 melee capes (Tador's Cape of Consent and Aguar's Flag Cape), but to my knowledge every purple cape recipe after that is either for a mage or a healer.
