Woodcutting 80 - Unable to process Rare wood.

Is it broken or is it one of the ROM tricks?
I'm lvl 80 in Woodcutting and I have cut some of the highest level wood from Crysalia but I can only process the regular wood (lvl 75). However, the Rare wood (lvl 71) "Stone Pine" cannot be processed.
Every attempt fails.
I got the wood, got the recipe, got the level...
fails every time.
Broken? Please fix.

I think its broken, I can't refine it either :(
