I think there is a set skill that does this

Various crafting related buffs are available from the level 60 crafted armor, see - Set Skills @ RoM-Welten. Note the crafting toon needs to be level 50 in order to unlock the set skill wheel (spent a weekend leveling my blacksmith in CoO / Xaviera after realising / remembering).

You can get a potion from planting that will increase your speed by 25%. There is a craftable 3 piece set for increasing your XP by 25% and another to increase the crafting speed by 25% also.

For one of my production alts I got set from AH at great discount. Someone had fun to craft it, got some gold for it, and my alt got 1 hour buff with 2 hours CD. It is 50% speed reduction, so from 5 seconds per click, goes to 2.5 seconds. Soon after I did that my alt was at L80 in crafting.

there is now a pot for i think 5 pshells that u can get to inc xp gain for both gathering and crafting that'll help, npc is with all the others pshell vendors in varanas and dalanis

since u ask for "exp"-boost rather than "speed"-boost, thing are straightforward:
- phirius pot: 50 shells; 10% craft exp for 1hr
- lvl 60 tailoring set for "improved crafting XP" and
- TITLE. dont forget new title system. at rank 4 and if u meet the requiremnets u get 20% EXP boost for more than 6hrs with 1 reputation badge. at lower ranks, u have 5 (r1), 10 (r2), 15 (r3) % respectively

speaking on speed boost:
- equivalent phirius pot for 10% speed
- lvl 60 judges set (armorcraft) for "improved crafting exp"
- title again, but this time for speed. u cannot stack exp and speed at same time with title system, cause they r on same category
- 1-day 25% speed pot; planting harvest or AH

make any valid combination of the above to speed up ur lvling procedure in means of exp/speed

ps: boost at crafting XP/speed <==> boost at refining XP/speed

look the the point rating, 10 points is 1% more xp. (aka the big cooking thing will give 7% each - and i know people who have >10 of these in the house) Yes, they stack. And yes its for diamonds. But you can calculate your break even point easily especially when you consider the massive amount of mats you'll need at the higher levels and how much you will save in those. remember, your pet will not produce the high level stuff. your only other option would be gardening to get them yourself
