This has all the herb, ore and wood levels but does't always list where to find each one. The screenshots of each give an idea of the terrain where each grows which would indicate which zone it's to be found in. Look at the level though & don't expect a higher level mat growing on a white area to be Ystra Highlands, for example, when it's more likely to be the sparse areas of Thunderhoof Hills or perhaps even Limo Desert.
