Enigma Wooden Chest

Anyone know where the recipe can be found or bought?

I'm not talking about the level 65 raw materials recipes, but the one needed for the new level 80 staff, wand, and bow.

Go to the Logging Area, Front Line Alliance Camp, Ancient Kingdom of Rorazan. NPC Chakuma (47.9, 69.0) sells the Enigma Wooden Chest recipe.
