Tailoring 75 chest recipe not working

A guildy of mine is having trouble with the white 75 chest recipe, when he tries to make it the cast bar goes red at the end and gives an error message. Anyone else having this problem?

I just tested this and made one without issue. Not sure what your guild member's issue might be.

We got it working, his lvl was at 75 0.02% for some reason it didnt consider it as a true 75. he crafted a lvl 71 cape for extra xp and then the white chest worked. All's well with the romiverse again. :)
