Where Is my Pengo?

This may have already been covered in another post, but please forgive me.



Many 'maintenance's' ago, if you did all the Instrument quests in Logar,
you got Pengo. A permanent Instrument. All it did was improve your
HP/Mana regeneration by a small percentage, but it was a thing that
showed you'd done the work to get it.



Are there new requirements to earn it / have it? Or has it been removed?
