Herbalism Past Lvl 20?

I researched on google and bing, and tried looking for what I was doing wrong. I have my mining and woodcutting past level 20, but when I tried to do the herablism quest and level it past level 20, it won't let me for some reason. It is currently at level 20, and I have way beyond the necessary amount needed (Over 150+ mountain demon grass.)
East Varanas, where all the others are. So I know the location.
Any help would be appreciated greatly!! Thank you!! :) <3

You can only take 2 gathering skills past level 20.

Ohhh! Gotcha. I played a few years back and on my character I have all my gathering skills in the 40's. I guess it was a change from when I wasn't playing. Thank you for the help :)
