Any eta on the new level 87 seeds?

Anyone have an idea on how soon the new level 87 seeds will be made available? I know it generally takes a month or two before they upgrade the seeds, my refiner alts are too weak to gather in the new zone.

Not sure we will see upgrade to the seeds till lvl 91?
From what I have seen the seeds are 6 levels apart and offer a wide variety or range of materials. I have lvl 85 seeds granting me level 60 materials....so annoying.

Anyway it seems seeds go in 6 level cycles, so doubt we will see any change to seeds or planting for a good bit now.
