Memory Warning Muzzle

New add-on:
Memory Warning Muzzle

For now, it simply redirects the memory warning to chat. I plan to do more, but I imagine some would like to get rid of the pop-up as soon as possible. :cool:
Add-on author (retired, but continuing maintenance)
