need a weapon switch macro for r/w

I am looking for a macro that will switch my main hand weapon to my off hand and off hand to main. I would like to be able to switch it to use the bleed from slash (which only comes with a sword or axe which kinda sucks for a r/w with a dagger in main hand) and then switch back to dagger primary.
