Runes of Magic US / AU

I do believe that my ntbuff addon from curse is not working. I have it enabled. I have my holy seal in hotbar slot 2 and my enhanced armor in slot 3 in the buff menu. combat, alert and rest are checked for holy seal and combat and alert for enhanced armor. My duration of alert is set to the default 15 seconds. My combat and alert sliders in the "general" tab are at 0.5 seconds. My rest slider is at 3 seconds. With that said, I cant get it to buff me with those 2 buffs. Am i doing something wrong? Help plz.

ok i think the problem may be to slow speed of my minimum requirement computer. It does work but not at fast enuf speeds.
