Need a Macro to Switch Groups in Raids for Buffing

I was wondering if someone had a macro to switch Groups in Raids for buffing and to put back into original positions in the raid.

Usually the healers are at the bottom spots of each Group:

Group1
Player1
Player2
Player3
Player4
Player5
Healer6

Group2
Player7
Player8
Player9
Player10
Player11
Healer12

Just an example, say Healer6 has a better Enhanced Grace of Life than Healer12. Can I have a macro that can switch Healer6 with Healer12, buff Group2, then swap back to Group1 in the last position?
