Ikarus - adding PSI bar for warlock

This is a bit beyond me on slight edit of basic code lol, could anyone help add this in to support warlocks? <3

The psi-bar will be added in the next update which hopefully is released soon. I will use this thread to let you know when you can download the new version.

- multiline editor for text input in config menu
- new flag 'infight' for script sections
- added dwarf class color
- added psibar to player frame (with new bar texture 'Sixth')
- new IUC-tag 'PSI' displaying the current psi points
- introduced tips-dialog to display tips at start
- added skills for champion/warlock to pw.data

Champion... default Pink.. really? You decided on pink?

Well, the RoM-colors for the new classes are simply copied and pasted from the current raidframe.lua, and the WoW-colors are taken from here, Paladin seemed best choice XD
