Action bar swap add-on/macro?

Is there a macro or add-on that will change one or more or the action bars for skills when you change your secondary class but not your primary class? Right now in game if you switch primary classes, eg. Warrior to Knight the action bars change with it. However, if you change only your secondary class the bars do not change.

I'm going to be playing both Warrior/Knight and Warrior/Mage on my primary toon. However, having to make a bunch of changes, mostly for skills, on the action bars is getting to be a pain.

Anything out there to help automate this? This wasn't an issue at all until the 3rd class was added in Ch4.

I believe the addon 'Extra Action Bars' works in that way. Might have to fiddle around with it a bit to get it working how you want.
