Portrait in interface: off center and zoomed in

Seems like with the last patch update, the portrait displayed in the upper left corner of the interface is zoomed in too far and not centered. For example on my warrior, I now see his chest, where as before I saw his face. This char is very tall. On my short elf, I see nothing.

Is there a way to control the zoom and center of that display?

thanx

afaik, it has been a bug since ch6...the portrait is set to the default height, so if you have a tall toon, you see chest, but a short toon, u see over their head, and thus, nothing...

i'm sure a solution is "in the works"

i crack myself up sometimes....

Have you ever noticed when you create a character and immediately create another, the body dimensions are exactly the same as the one you just made? Face and hair may differ, but if you make one of the same race & gander, the new character will have exactly the same dimensions of the first.

Having tried this, I was puzzled that one of the characters shows his face whilst the other shows his neck. I don't think the bug is based on character height, but it is definitely bugged.
