Pet Auto Event - Bannable?????

I recently got my account suspended today, and now I'm wondering 2 things.

Why I got banned?

What for?

I got no email about this, I just woke up today and can't log into the game.

The only thing I can think of that got me banned is 2 things, and one I wasn't even sure if it was ok. So, I figured I'd ask here.

Is Pet Auto Event a bannable addon? If not, then the only other reason I can think of is that someone bought my xp\tp orbs with duped gold and I'm getting the short end of the stick here. Was wondering if I could get some feedback on this. If yes, then whatever. If no, then I'm gonna be mad that I got banned for people using gold through the AH.

Only Support will be able to assist you with a ban, you can reach the Support page by using the link in my signature. As for your question about PetAutoEvent addon i would recommend asking support about that as well. It is the only way you will be able to get more info regarding a ban.

If you do not have a support account yet, then you should sign up using the same email account that you used for your game email account so that the support process goes smoothly and quickly. Provide support as much info as you can regarding your situation, including your "account name, main server, main character, date of ban, and email address", also allow the Support team some time to review your ban and questions, so they may assist you as best they can. It could take up to a few days since it is the holidays so i urge you to try and be patient with them.

Also as discussing a ban is not allowed on the forums and we cannot assist you here either, i apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you but i will also be closing this thread as well and i wish you the best of luck with support and i hope you get the answers to your questions.
