Macro Command CastSpellByName("Attack"); no longer working?

I went to do my demo battle daily today, and noticed that my macro no longer works. So, I ran each macro command one by one, and it seems like the command /run CastSpellByName("Attack"); is no longer talking to the NPC like it should (I did have the NPC targetted).

Screenshot of full macro: I usually use it with dailynotes on auto quest because it seems to work anyway, so I was too lazy to delete out the un-necessary parts. Tried turning dailynotes on and off, but it still didn't work.

Does anyone know what is causing this?

click to move must be enabled for "attack" to converse with an npc.

were you on scout? never tried it, but i've heard rumors of that command not working correctly for scout main.

but then again, that might just be a whole lot of hooey.
