My first guess would be that some other add-on is interfering, though it could still be something strange going on with your DIYCE script.
When you say you "reinstall an old one", I assume you mean an old version of DIYCE (1.4) instead of DIYCE 2.x. If this is the case, then you likely are using something incorrectly in the DIYCE 2 code. Most likely the method used for the Buffs/Debuffs. That function underwent quite a lot of changes between DIYCE 1.4 and DIYCE 2. It could be you are trying to use the old way in your DIYCE 2 and that is what is causing the odd behaviour.
