Runes of Magic US / AU

As some of you may know, I stopped playing Runes of Magic at the beginning of this year for my own personal reasons. Too much of my discomfort, my toon on the Grimdal (PvP) server will remain forever dead with a variety of items that no one will ever touch. That very thought has been the source of an untold number of sleepless nights; luckily those nights weren't spent solely crying over my issue, but also reflecting on how I could resolve my problem. At first I thought I would allow Zhios to be slaughtered by the massive amount of players on Grimdal without prevent hijacks. Unfortunately, the only situation that I find more agonizing then gear locked up perpetually on an un-played character, is aiding freeloaders and beggars. Unable to create a solution I continued to spend my nights bawling considerably loud.

This morning my roommate informed me that my all night sob-fests must stop. I spent all day contemplating and I finally decided how I can solve my conundrum. I will award my gear to the players of Grimdal. So I rushed across campus to my computer , pushing whoever was unfortunate enough to stand in the direct path between the dining hall and my car. When I arrived back at my apartment, I wiggled the mouse of my computer waking it up from its nap and commenced searching in my old programming project folder. Towards the bottom of the page I saw it, a text encryption program I wrote last semester.
So here is my challenge to people of Grimdal: I will periodically post an encrypted message below, if you solve it then your will be rewarded with a piece of my gear. While I understand that my gear is nowhere near perfect, it certainly wasn't the worst. I will add more as time goes by, or after one is solved. There is not a limit on how many times you can win, or what manner you use to solve these puzzles. Please post in this thread if you are going to attempt to solve these puzzles, so I know if I should continue to update my post.

Zhios' Cipher? If there is an actual name for the method I used I wouldn't know; I'm a programmer, not a cryptologist.

Each number represents a Unicode character.
