Problem with powerleveling is most times it depends on the levels of the characters. If the one beign power leveled is not within 10 levels of the one doing the Powerleveling the lower person will not get any exp or tp from mobs. SO pretty much powerleveling is useless if the 2 characters are too far apart.

Pretty much these days, for self power leveling... do Honor Party and drag your lvl 1 alt through KS a few times. You'll have 30/29 in no time. DON'T BREAK GROUP YET. Then on to HoS easy/normal and solo until Chariot. You should be a good level by then.

Level 30/29 people can't do Kalin Shrine or HoS easy/normal, Kalin Shrine is a lvl 50 instance which cant be soloed at lvl 50. Hall of Survivors is a 12-man dungeon that can't be soloed until endgame, soloed meaning up to 6th boss- which requires you to have at least 5 people in party.

I'm a little confused. Is this thread even in the right place? I thought this area was only for official contests and events?

You missed the point: If you have say a Preist/mage, you can drag a new toon anywhere. And at level 72 these places are CAKE WALKS for a solo toon. Especially a mage... You don't break party because if you do, the honor party tells you "That toon is over level 30" and you can't get them back to where everything you kill at gives them XP. But they can still go to their house and change classes and level the other sides too.

Still, for my money, I think ToSH is the quickest powerlevel place in the game (so I have heard). Something about the bugs spawning continually and AOEing them down but keeping the main bug alive so more spawn... 1-50 on three sides in about 2 hours.

I did a test. Using my mage at level 70 (before the dirty nasty dwarfs came into beign), I attempted to p-lvl a friend with a level 30 character. He got NO EXP OR TP AT ALL. Only way to use an Honor party scroll is to have the one beign powerleveled less than level 30 when they join the group. If the leader (the one with teh scroll active) dcons for ANY reason the Honor party is broken and no longer valid.

I think that meant that you can actually acquire scroll after lvl 30. Yeah if you drop group or dc after the toon being pl'd is 30 you will be unable to reform. I usually just run my alts over to origin and farm LL and all the mobs in the vicinity, and unlike HoS it can be continually reset. I usually get them to 29/29/29 while keeping an eye on their xp...then I hit 30 on main that way it takes little effort to hit 30 on the other classes. And this is my personal opinion (unrelated to your post @MegaMouse) but if you can't even farm KS then you might want to spend more time focusing on one toon rather than others toons or personal alts.

The ten levels thing applies to the level of the highest level in the party, and the mobs. If that is more than ten levels then you get no XP to share among the party.

If however they are the same level as the highest level, then a lvl 72 can powerlevel a lvl 1 without issues.

Just a note, as a Wd/D I solo'd KS at lvl 50 (excluding turtle and guy with the harp, forgot both names suddenly lol). I was able to solo HoS easy at lvl 55ish (up to chariot), but didn't till around 62 (cause I didn't know it would be as easy as it was as a self healing and tanking Warden).

I firmly believe Wd/D will be able to solo "soloable" content as *magic build* that other classes at the same level won't be able to until later levels, and will be able to solo things other classes simply cannot.
