I got squirrels tittle for priest on two of my chars and i get both of them by leading 13 squirrels.

lol it must be a random number then because I tried twice with 13 squirrels and got no title, then turned it in with 14 and got the title o.O

You need 15 squirrels at 1 time. As cooldown is 10 seconds and cast is 2 second it means you have 0 spare seconds to actually look around for squirrels xD

I was able to get this title today on my p/k. I had 13 squirrels in my little mob. I am not sure of the exact number you need; but, it's somewhere in between 11 and 13 since doing in on another toon with 10 squirrels didn't work.

I was able to solo the squirrel event just now and got the title. I did use every available second with the nautilous shell (maybe had 3 seconds to spare after turn-in) and it only took me 14 squirrels to get the title. So i would say shoot for 14 and then turn in. I was using Unbridled Enthusiasm plus a speed passive skill as well as a clear thought potion (dont know if that made cast time faster...I can check tomorrow). That's it. EDIT: It also takes about 9 squirrels to get the Pied Piper of Hamlin title. This is a vanity title and does not give any stats. However it's nice for those players that try to collect all the game titles. :3

Edit: Also, to answer another question, you need all 14 squirrels at once. So even when the message says you already have 4 squirrels, just ignore it and keep getting more.

like how in over 12 hrs no one tries to answer my question, failing the event answered most, except where the fk the npc u turn in is at. i everywhere near the bridge

and from reading, im guessing when u get near one u use the item and it follows you. if so can u get more then 1 following at a time, or do u have to go turn them in 1 at a time? would just like to have more info before i try and do it XD

Oh, okay, the title says turn in a large number of squirrels, the quest is timed, it was mentioned that if you get 15 squirrels you would run out of time. You have 3 minutes to do the quest from picking it up. The shell has a 2 second cast time and 10 second cooldown. This means if you ran across the bridge with a squirrel one by one, you would not even get close to getting the title. So yes, you need them ALL at once.

Also, it is important how many squirrels it is if you want to actually get the title. Too few, and you won't get it. Too many and you run out of time. So that's actually very important information. I'm sorry your question went unanswered for twelve hours, I know that's a long time to wait for information in an event that just started that not everyone knows all the facts about

The npc you pick it up from is Lily Lotusiron. You turn it in at Fallu Aymek. You need apparently between 13-15 squirrels to get the actual title. To get a squirrel, you target it and use the shell. If you target one you already have, it won't work. You may get must face target errors. All of this could make you fail the title as it slows you down. Use unbridleds, escape artist, spellweaver, whatever you have to speed up at the end.

the squirrels are tiny little things that blend into the scenario. they're usually around trees so before you start it, look and see where the squirrels are. you need 13 for the quest title. that will give you enough time turn it in. the turn is at the end of the bridge before you enter through the main entrance of varanas. he's to the left when you go towards the back of the bridge.

I wasted a reset ticket due to Richie's not showing up.

The turn in NPC is ACROSS THE BRIDGE, on the left side as you are running across towards Varanas. The right side is where the daily quest board is. The left side, in the rounded part, is where the NPC to turn in the quest is located.

Hope that helps... yeh, I was like, "OK, now where the frell do I turn them in" the first time too. Failed. Ran across the bridge and saw him sitting there and was like... "oh that would have been nice to know BEFORE the quest AUTOSTARTS" lol.

Doesn't sound very appealing but I don't plan on eatting them anyway

Have to wonder if Richie quest will get fixed before event ends. As of yesterday none of them were showing up on any channels then they appeared briefly and disappeared again.

They should just remove that entire quest for the time being.

Ummm they require the same # of badges for each for me... weird. This must be similar to the issue where different servers have different ruby & phirius token prices for certain items, unless that was a temporary glitch & now everyone's server prices r the same now. (ie: apparently the cost of rubies' backpack tickets & pt's arcane charges & god redemption tickets & other stuff almost doubled in $ earlier this summer, but I never saw the effect of it on either server that I play, if anything I saw pt's Ancient Treasure Key or whatever it is called decrease in pt)

Anyone know if you have to help the story telling troupe 14 days in a row or is it just 14 days total. I ran into the richie quest and can't find any of them. So am I starting over at 1 tomorrow or what?

Hi, Elly... You have to do it before buff expires. Since buff is 36 hours, you might be able to skip a day. But, someone said that even if they drop Richie quest, they still get it when they pick up the next one, although now that I think about it, they didn't explicitly said that they picked on next day.

Also, GMs apparently reset Richies on fairly regular basis, so I'd bug one and check for them again a little later.

Yes, about every 2-3 days, which is not often enough.

I notice the GMs login each server/channel several times a day to ban gold spammer on the Varanas bridge. Too bad they can not remember to just respawn the Richies each time after banning the spammers.

edit: Monday morning update. Make that never, now. The GMs have been instructed to NOT reset the Richies anymore (policy for the last 5+ days).

Sadly it doesn't matter when you pick up the quest again. I've been trying to get a new quest for the last 5 consecutive days, every single day the only quest he gives me is the Richie quest. Dropping it, trying to pick it up again gives me the same thing. Unfortunately, I lost my buff ages ago because I've never been able to find any of the brothers =( They should just get rid of the quest, it's TOTALLY not fair that some ppl ave been able completely avoid that quest until after they got their 15 day buff.

I managed to get it done around midnight. Might have something to do with less people being on or something but as soon as i clicked them and got that part of the quest done they respawned in the same place.

Yeah, agree that it should be removed or fixed, but that is in hands of RW. Until it is done, all that frogs can do is to have GMs pop in once in a while and reset them. Imperfect solution, sure, and lots of people would lose their buffs.

I got the quest today, right after the reset. One channel I could not find any of them, the other one had all three. Not sure if daily reset had anything to do with it, but might be worth trying around that time. If not, then what Ellyzi's said above seems like a good suggestion.

How are people getting the title for the squirrels? The best I can do in the time is 4 of them. The charmed squirrels look the same as the wild ones, they do not have any dots on the map to see them, and they are very hard to see against the landscape unless they move.

I have never been able to complete the squirrel quest - NEVER. I have 2 of the 4 done and I am one title from the 3rd. Squirrels will never be done by me.
