Owenstein is a bit out of the way, but not all that difficult to find.
If you port to OS by Snoop, run/ride past the Teleporter at the Battle Square entrance to OS, as if you were going to enter the city that way. When you get past the siege engines on the left side of the road, turn left. Keep going until you see the yellow frogs. Owenstien is standing in the middle of them.
If you're already in OS, port to Battle Square. Again, turn as if you're going to enter the city and follow the directions above.
