It has been stated many times previously that Owenstein must be spawned manually by a staff member after each patch, as its a custom, redesigned NPC by FAI, not by Runewaker, therefore its not in the original coding of the game.

Owenstein is now in Varanas after the bridge, where the helping hands npcs were. At least that's where he was on Artemis yesterday.

Just wanted to add that he is ONLY in Channel 1...on Artemis.

That seems to follow the general pattern of NPCs near the Varanas fountain - they are only in Ch 1.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.
