Ah, how I miss those fireworks sales. I would buy 1000s of diamonds worth of them... Oh, wait a second. I didn't. Come to think of it, nobody did. Fireworks were always "who cares" items.

Well, then how about all those America-specific items that they had on sale before but not this time? Pretty lame how they didn't put stuff like .. lemme link from runesdb. Hmmm... WTH? Runesdb is only showing three items, the ones they had on sale? How the heck did that happen?

Well, phtooey! They still could've had general sale on stuff. Doesn't have to be US-specific. After all, what is more uniquely American than treating all holidays as a chance to get some swag at discount? I am telling ya, they just don't get us.

Strange....I saw Fireworks on sale, but were in the Ruby Shop for some odd reason.

That be cause Rusty tis only partly right. They very rarely doth seller fireworks fer diamonds, usually they be aquired via rubies only from the item shop.

There's really no point selling fireworks imo, a year ago you got a stack of fireworks as soon as you entered the plaza in Varanas Central. Even if you ran from AH to plaza you got a stack of fireworks. Pretty much anyone who logged on that day has like thousands lol.

Its a good thing they made the IS bank slot, because mine is filled with FIreworks.

That happens every New Years Day.

Well yoman dont you know Americans are a bunch of premadonna's and want everything and feel we are entitled to everything and shouldnt have to work to earn anything? XD

I want Good friday and labor day to be recognized... in recognition of labor day, can we just get some free pom gear in celebration of the work involved to get it? trololol

I will agree with Noony that FA made a bigger deal with holidays- that was when they did XP events and the stupidly good sales we always looked forward to. I don't think it would kill GF to do more frequent sales on desirable items like puris and charges and even costumes. People go crazy over costumes. Using the holidays as a vehicle for sales just makes sense from an American perspective- you can knock it, Rusty, but it is what we're used to.

The fourth of july "sale" made me feel like it was an afterthought, it wasn't terribly celebratory. How much more effort would it have taken to throw some stuff in there we might actually have wanted to purchase?
